Each TIS subscription is tied to a specific individual and email address. Account credentials and solution access cannot be shared with or transferred to other people. This ensures that each user's contracts, legal settings, and agency profile remain accurate and personalized.

If your agency needs multiple people to have access, additional user seats can be added to Flex Shield or Contract Shield subscriptions at any time from your dashboard. Each additional user gets their own login and access under your account.
