When sending a planning fee invoice through Stripe, you can include the following language in your invoice memo or description. Be sure to update the bracketed fields to reflect your agency's details.
These Terms, located at [AGENCY WEBSITE], between [AGENCY] and You ("you" or "your") become effective upon the earlier of your written/electronic signature or your payment of planning fees. They will be renewed each time you pay planning fees. They will terminate upon the earlier of completion of your trip or either of us providing written notice of termination to the other. Planning fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, separate from and in addition to the cost of your travel, your travel insurance, and other third-party costs, all of which will be paid separately by you.
