Step 1. Navigate to https://app.travelindustrysolutions.com/member/dashboard This allows you to access the Master Templates for managing agreements and payments.
Step 2. Click "Master Templates"
Step 3. Choose your template and click here. Select the Travel Services Client Agreement template if it aligns with your requirements.
Step 4. Choose your customer. Click here. Use clear criteria to filter and select the correct client for the authorization process.
Step 5. Click "Next".
Step 6. Click the "Amount" field. Ignore if you are not collecting payment. Consider skipping this step if collecting only a signature without payment details.
Step 7. Type in the amount If authorizing multiple payments, create separate authorization requests for each charge to ensure clarity.
Step 8. Click the "Trip name or reference" field.
Step 9. Type in your trip name or reference. Hint: Last name, Destination, Year. Alternatively, use booking references or a combination of initials and travel dates for consistency.
Step 10. Click the "Enter memo" field.

Step 11. Type your memo. Hint: Non-refundable planning fee. Initial trip deposit. Provide transparent descriptions in the memo field to clarify charges and prevent disputes.
Step 12. Click "Upload File". Use this to attach quotes, files, itineraries, etc. Examples include detailed itineraries, payment receipts, or cancellation policies for documentation.
Step 13. Click "Send Document"
Step 14. Click "Yes". Note: This is a credit card charge authorization only. Card details are in the customer's record. Use the "View Billing" feature to access authorized payment details stored in the credit card vault.
