What is your cancellation policy?

Updated over a week ago

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by sending us a cancellation notice, subject to your prior full payment for the current 12-month subscription. You must provide to us cancellation notification in writing at least 3 business days before any auto-renewal date, otherwise your subscription will auto-renew for an additional 12-month period, for which you agree to pay subscription fees, plus applicable taxes. Following your cancellation notice, you will have access to products, services, and content on our Website through the final day of your paid subscription. Following the final day of your paid subscription, you will have no access to documents or information relating to products, services, or content on our Website requiring a subscription, unless we agree otherwise in writing. In addition, you lose all rights to utilize our copyright protected products.

Additionally, after the subscription ends, all TIS-provided materials, including contracts and policies, must be removed from your systems, websites, and workflows. Continued use or alteration of such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for copyright infringement.

While your subscription remains active, you retain full access to all TIS contracts, tools, updates, and resources until the end of your paid term. However, you are required to complete any outstanding payments associated with the subscription in adherence to the terms of service.

Kindly note that you have the option to cancel your subscriptions at any time; however, it is important to be aware that you are obligated to fulfill the payment for the entire 12-month duration of your subscription.

After the termination of your subscription, you must ensure that all TIS-provided contracts, policies, and related materials are deleted from your systems. Any continued usage, modification, or redistribution of these materials is a violation of TIS’s intellectual property rights and may lead to legal consequences.
