How Do I Cancel my Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so through your member portal. Please review the important information below before proceeding.


Before You Cancel: Important Things to Know

All subscriptions are on a 12-month term, regardless of whether you pay monthly, quarterly, or annually. When you cancel, your subscription remains fully active until the end of your current term, and you won’t lose access right away.

You can see your Remaining Term and Next Invoice Date for each product directly in your account before you cancel.


Step-by-Step: How to Cancel a Product

Step 1: Log In to Your Member Account

Go to your member portal and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Go to Manage Account, then Manage Products

In the left-hand navigation, click Manage Account, then select Manage Products.

You’ll see a list of all your active products and add-ons, along with each product’s Remaining Term and Next Invoice Date.

Step 3: Find the Product You Want to Cancel

Locate the product in the Active tab. Take note of the Remaining Term. This tells you exactly when your access will end after you cancel.

Step 4: Click “Cancel”

Click the red Cancel button to the right of the product you’d like to remove.

Step 5: Confirm Your Cancellation

A pop-up will appear with the following message:

“Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period or contract.”

Click Cancel Subscription to confirm, or Keep Subscription if you’ve changed your mind.


What Happens After You Cancel?

  • Your subscription stays active through the end of your current term, and you keep full access until then.

  • You will not be billed again after your term ends.

  • The product will move to the Inactive tab once your term expires.

  • Your term is 12 months. This applies even if you pay on a monthly or quarterly basis.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel after a single payment cycle, such as the first quarter?

No, the commitment is annual and applies regardless of payment frequency.

What happens if I want to remove a solution from my account?

Removing a solution is not permitted within the active 12-month commitment period. Changes take effect at the start of your next renewal cycle.

Is there any difference in flexibility between monthly and annual payment plans?

Both options retain the same requirement of a full-year commitment without early termination.

Any continued use, reproduction, distribution, or display of TIS materials following cancellation, in whole or in part, constitutes copyright infringement and may expose you to significant civil liability and criminal penalties.
