How do I cancel my subscription/membership?

If you would like to cancel your subscription/membership, please contact our support team.


Please note: Your cancellation will be effective after your current 12-month commitment is completed. Per your agreement with TIS, you must fulfill the payments of your 12-month commitment before the cancellation will be processed.
