What happens if I want to remove a solution from my account?
Removing a solution is not permitted within the active 12-month commitment period. Changes take effect at the start of your next renewal cycle.
Is there any difference in flexibility between monthly and annual payment plans?
Both options retain the same requirement: a full-year commitment without early termination.
Please note: Your cancellation will be effective after your current 12-month commitment is completed. Per your agreement with TIS, you must fulfill the payments of your 12-month commitment before the cancellation will be processed. Regardless of payment frequency (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), the 12-month commitment remains in place.
Payment Flexibility: You can select from multiple payment options, including quarterly or monthly. However, these choices do not affect the annual obligation.
