  1. Can I cancel after a single payment cycle, such as the first quarter?

    • No, the commitment enforced is annual, and it applies regardless of payment frequency.

  2. What happens if I want to switch to a lower-tier plan?

    • Downgrading your subscription is not permitted within the active 12-month commitment period.

  3. Is there any difference in flexibility between monthly and annual payment plans?

    • Both options retain the same requirement: a full-year agreement without premature termination.


Please note: Your cancellation will be effective after your current 12-month commitment is completed. Per your agreement with TIS, you must fulfill the payments of your 12-month commitment before the cancellation will be processed.Regardless of payment frequency (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), the 12-month commitment remains in place. Additionally, cancellations or downgrades are not allowed before completing this term.

  • Payment Flexibility: You can select from multiple payment options, including quarterly or monthly. However, these choices do not affect the annual obligation.

  • Annual Commitment: All subscription plans operate under a mandatory 12-month term, ensuring consistent service for users.
