Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are only available at the end of your 12-month renewal cycle. To upgrade your membership, log in to your account, navigate to the "Manage Account" section in your member portal, select "Manage Subscriptions", and select "Update Subscription". If you need assistance, our support team can help you with the process.
If you downgrade your subscription, your downgraded subscription will start immediately after you fulfill the payment of your current subscription.
When you downgrade, you will lose access to and authorized use of all documents and information relating to products services, and content included in your previous subscription.
